Processing Time
All orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed. Since our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printify, production times may vary depending on the product. Typical production time is 2–7 business days.

Shipping Times
After production, orders are shipped directly from Printify’s partner facilities. Estimated shipping times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Orders that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a replacement or refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
