Refund policy
All products are fulfilled through Printify, a print-on-demand company. Because each item is custom-made and produced only after an order is placed, returns and exchanges are not supported in cases where a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund. To ensure we can resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery and submit a request through the “Submit Issue” form, including a clear photo of the problem.
There is no need to return the damaged product. If there is, customer may be required to cover return shipping fees.
